At Helsar Mill the coffee quality is due on part to the excellent processing methods. Helsar uses forced demucilage equipment to machine-, an efficient method with low environmental impact that has similar outcomes to traditional wet-fermentation processing.

Roast Level: Medium (city roast)
Cup Notes: Unrefined sugars, apple and tamarind hints. Tangy black tea finish and some bittersweet chocolate tones.
